Paris usually has a fabulous feel to it but sadly due to the past events it feels a little sad. Hopefully after a grieving process the wonderful people of Paris will find their way back and not let the destroyers win.
It's been a slow start to the year for me as I have had my dear 95 year old mum with me for two months, I'm so lucky to have her but as anyone with an elderly parent knows you lose them a little bit at a time. I am so lucky to have had such an inspirational woman for my mother, she taught me I could do anything I put my mind to as long as I worked for it.
I was very sad to drop her home in WA again knowing less of her will be there next time I see her even if she hasn't gone.
I'm really looking forward to this year at Scarlet Jones! As always we are forever changing! Hence our January Sale!! (Don't miss it it's really good) out with the old and in with the new waiting in the wings.
Come Feb we start to prepare for the cooler season by adding fabulous new stock from around the globe to both Hawthorn and Alber Park stores.
